Yoga Holidays
Take a deep breath and a long exhale,
slow down,
close your eyes that look outside and open your eyes that look inside,
come back inside, come back to you..
Our nervous system isn't designed for continuous speed. It needs pauses and rhythms. Deep listening seeks out these biological conditions, bringing us back to our natural rhythm.
In human time.
Return to feeling your body and your emotions, the language your soul uses to show you your unique and unrepeatable path.

Yoga
Thanks to the practice of Yoga, you will have the opportunity to rediscover the ability to listen deeply to yourself: through alignment, precision of execution, the sequence and duration of the positions, you will be able to direct your attention to unexplored parts of your body, thus becoming increasingly aware of who you are and how you function.
Meditation
Meditation is when you decide to sit down, make space inside and observe what is there, and that's when an empty space is created.
And that space changes everything, because that's where
- stop accumulating tension
- you start to see more clearly
- you go back to choosing instead of reacting
It's not something theoretical.
It's something you feel

Silence
We live in a society where we have to go out and find space for silence because, overwhelmed by "rivers of words," it has become a rare commodity. Our lives abound with words, sounds, and noises. Silence once covered everything, and the sounds of work were less pervasive than they are today.
But how can we define silence? While on the one hand it is an ambiguous language, on the other it is a natural and indispensable reality for our lives. "Silence is not the opposite of the word," writes Sabino Chialà, "but rather the context in which the word is inscribed, what contains it. It is, to use an image, the blank sheet of paper on which the word stands out and which gives depth to the color of the word. There is a dual relationship between the word and silence that enlivens them both."
Silence is also synonymous with wisdom: it is the silence of someone who pauses to think before speaking, silence that signifies attention to the speaker, silence to concentrate and gather one's thoughts, silence for reflection before making appropriate decisions, silence to assimilate what has been said or heard, silence to encounter oneself and God. Finally, there is the silence that arises from a profound relationship of communion between two people in which words are often superfluous due to personal affinities.
It is urgent to rediscover the value of silence, a precious and increasingly sought-after asset in an age when the allure of noise, mental dispersion, and constant acceleration constitute the living environment for humanity in the third millennium.
Rituals
"The sacred is not in the sky nor far away, it is all around us, and small rituals can connect us to its presence."
Alma Luz Villanueva
Ritual has always served to facilitate and make effective the transition from one stage of an individual's evolution to another, to make change and growth real and shared, to receive support and guidance in the transformation.
The power of ritual in managing inner transformation lies precisely in its ability to reverse the individual experience into a collective one, to make us feel part of a community, to remind us that we are not alone.

Sharing in a circle
The space of the circle opens you to the possibility of sharing yourself as you are, with everything that moves within you, bringing you into your authenticity.
It is a safe, protected, non-judgmental space where every part of you is welcomed and accepted.
The circle is a space where we are all equal, without one above or below. It is a space where we speak from the heart and where you will have the opportunity to share experiences, reflections, and thoughts, gaining new perspectives, mirroring yourself in those around you, reminding us that we are not alone.
