In 2017, I obtained my ttc in Rishikesh (India), the capital of Yoga, where every year, despite the love and hate that this land arouses, I continue undeterred to return, attracted by a higher energy that wants me there. Now I'm studying at the Yoga Studio in Turin with Iyengar Senior Maria Paola Grilli.

Even before the way of Yoga, I had the ètè bistò, an organic place in the heart of the historic center of Florence, where I had the opportunity to find one of my greatest passions in the kitchen and experiment in the field ... "We are the one. what shall we eat"

I have only started the long path of Yoga, "the art of living".

In 2020 I combined these two passions of mine by opening the doors of OmShantiHome with Michela ... to be contined

 

Melissa

My name is Melisa, I'm a gastronome/fermentist and the creator of the SimbiosisLab “Fermenti e Cucina Viva” project, launched in 2020, where I dedicate myself to sharing knowledge and techniques on fermentation and drying of foods.

I create cuisine based on plants and ferments: I transform raw materials into a multisensory experience, combining unique flavors, aromas that reconnect us with our origins, and textures that awaken the senses. I work with seasonal ingredients, sourced from local producers who cultivate with respect, because I believe it's important to reclaim our food, and with it, our health and that of the planet.
